Why play Futsal?

Futsal by its nature places a large emphasis on technical ability in situations of high pressure, and proves an excellent tool to develop techniques that can be translated back into the game of football. Players are constantly placed in situations where they must play whilst under pressure or in confined spaces; helping to develop a players technique, movement, tactical awareness and fitness.
